Advanced anaerobic digestion with hydrothermal pretreatment

  针对市政污泥、餐厨垃圾等城市生物质废物脱水难和固体有机物水解限速的瓶颈问题,开发了“水热强化水解-高级厌氧消化”处理工艺。生物质废物经水热闪蒸处理后,细胞质破碎,大量有机物溶解到液相,生物降解性得到改善的同时,物料粘度降低,脱水性能提高。结合新型高效厌氧反应器和深度脱水技术的应用,实现了生物质废物的高浓、高效消化,有机物转化率超过60%,大幅缩短处理周期,废物减量化率达到70%以上。该技术得到国家863计划、科技支撑计划及重大水专项等重点项目的资助,获得国家发明专利4项和一项省部级奖励,并被列入环保部《国家先进污染防治技术示范名录》。目前已在东莞、淄博、无锡、合肥、深圳、丽江等地得到应用。

      In order to solve the bottleneck problems such as dewatering difficulty and speed limiting effects by solid organics hydrolysis in anaerobic digestion process of biomass waste (sewage sludge, food waste, etc.), hydrolysis promoted by hydrothermal and advanced anaerobic digestion technology was developed. After hydrothermal pretreatment, cytoplasmic fragments and plenty of organics dissolves, leading to the reduction of viscosity and improvement of biodegradation and dewatering properties. Combined with the application of advanced high-efficiency anaerobic digestion reactors and deep-level dewatering technology, high-solid and high-efficiency anaerobic digestion of biomass waste can be achieved. Conversion rate of organics can reach more than 60% and the reduction rate of waste can reach more than 70% subsequently. The research was supported by the National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 program), National Key Technology R&D Program and Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment. 4 patents and 1 provincial and ministerial level awards were obtained as achievements. The technology was listed in “Demonstration Catalogue on National Advanced Pollution Prevention Technology”. As well, this technology has been applied in Dongguan, Zibo, Wuxi, Hefei, Shenzhen, Lijiang, and etc.
