基于化学链燃烧的生物质废物制氢技术

  针对木质纤维素类废弃物难以生物降解的特性,开发了生物质废物热解气化-化学链制氢技术。该技术以生物质废物热解气化产生的热解气为原料燃料,利用铁基载氧体晶格氧燃烧直接制得高纯氢。化学链燃烧是借助于固体载氧体供氧作用,将传统的燃料与空气直接接触反应的燃烧,分解为两个可以在较低温度(~750 ℃)进行的气固反应的无焰氧化技术,可以有效抑制NOx和二噁英生成,同时实现CO2的内分离,是一种高效、低碳、环保的生物质废物资源化和能源化技术。该技术得到国家973计划和科技支撑计划的资助,并已获得2项国家发明专利。

      As lignocellulose waste is hardly biodegradable, the oxygen rich gasification-chemical looping hydrogen generation of biomass waste is developed. The pyrolysis gas produced by oxygen rich gasification of biomass waste is used as the fuel in chemical looping hydrogen generation. Based on the lattice oxygen combustion, the high-purity hydrogen is produced, and meanwhile the instinctive CO2 separation, NOx and dioxin inhibition is achieved. This technology, which converts biomass to resource and energy, is high-efficient, low-carbon and environmental-friendly. And we have won two patents until 2014.
